Urban Infinite Co. – Return & Refund Policy

At Urban Infinite Co., we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

🛍️ Returns

• Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Condition: Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
• Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and worn products are not eligible for return.

💳 Refunds

• Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

🔁 Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order.

📦 How to Return

2. We’ll provide you with return instructions and a shipping address.
3. Once the return is received and approved, your refund will be processed.
